From boardroom to grassroots: training the Debt Management Office

In 2012, Crown Agents of the United Kingdom contracted PPSDI to build capacity for senior officials of Nigeria’s Debt Management Office at the Federal Ministry of Finance, reaching Directors, Deputy Directors, Assistant Directors, and Heads of Department across five departments.

It is a reminder that the same organisation mobilising communities in Kogi can deliver at the highest levels of federal government. Capacity building, done well, starts with the individual and extends to their whole sphere of influence.
